please if any one can tell what is the cause of that & what can be done to reverse these for the sake of the young ones that are yet to travel out of Nigeria

The cause of what ... Nigerians leaving Nigeria... i think its all related to better education facilities and oppurtunities.. With strikes and closures, a Nigerian university degree can take a long time to conclude
