Whats the highest paying graduate job one can get.

Some people say Investment Banking other say Management Consultancy, who knows and are there any others

On a serious note though, because I still see alot of parents pushing their kids to become doctors. Is the investment worth it, I mean the amount of training involved and time in medicine

there is nothing called a highest paying graduate job. Ofcourse one definitely needs a degree in this fast paced world but when it comes to earnings you can never say a certain degree leads to more payment. Making money or earning money is something of personal creative imagination on an individual not necessarily his academic transcipts. But ofcourse education is always needed for directional purposes. Having a Law degree does not mean you earn more than a Doctor and equally being a Doctor does not mean you earn more than a Lawyer. Its how you utilise whichever qualification you have got that determines you earnings or payment.

Ok, But to put it plainly...
If I am straight out of uni.
Which degree (in general) will give me the most pay to start.
I know other jobs like engineering the pay is really bad to start but it gets better with experience.
From my experiences I would say Investment Banking....
any other experiences???
